John has developed an extensive range of experience in commercial disputes and civil litigation from complex contractual matters to more straight forward debt recovery. In addition he has acted for employers and employees in contentious and non-contentious situations. He assists Commercial Clients and Individuals with intellectual property issues and disputes and also enjoys construction claims for builders and their clients. He advises businesses on Data Protection obligations.

John qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and was a founder member of SNS Solicitors. He is a mediator and a Trustee of the Friends of Maidstone Museum as well as being trustee of the National Charity BAFM. He is a business mentor for the Kent Foundation. Previously he worked in, and managed, Barristers’ Chambers in the Temple for over 25 years working alongside some of the leading Commercial Barristers in the Country, many of whom are now amongst the foremost ranks of the judiciary.
