We are looking for a self-sufficient Company/Commercial solicitor. Ideally x2 years plus qualified and if possible with a following. The candidate will be expected to deal with all types of company and commercial work, contracts, sales, T&Cs, private equity and M&As. We need to recruit a highly motivated company/commercial solicitor who combines good academic credentials with sound practical experience, good business judgment and strong interpersonal skills.

The role will particularly suit a solicitor with an established client base, who might be unhappy in their present position and needs to be able to develop a practice in an encouraging and supportive atmosphere.
