Richard qualified in 2012 after training with a leading regional firm. Not only is he highly experienced in a number of areas of law including corporate law, contract disputes, general litigation and debt recovery, he specialises in family law, including divorce and matrimonial finance, protection from domestic violence, and the law relating to unmarried couples, and has a particular interest in children law.

 

He previously headed a legal aid family department before transitioning to privately-funded work with a leading Kent-based family firm and joined SNS in December 2016. He offers practical, concise advice specifically tailored to your individual circumstances.
