Vicky is an ex-Special Needs Teacher with a wealth of experience in protecting the rights and promoting independence for vulnerable people, including children, the elderly and those with mental and physical disabilities. She is experienced, both professionally and personally, in the care and provision of practical and legal services for vulnerable people.
